3.Create NEW CLIENT (consignor) ACCOUNT

4.Sign CONSIGNOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTRACT

Sign at the shop during your first drop-off

5.Bring ITEMS to The Gear Cycle!

Condition of Item(s)

Space at The Gear Cycle is limited. We reserve the right to refuse any item(s) during the drop-off process. All items must be in good functioning condition. Clean and free of odor and pet hair. 

Drop-off/Intake Process

Bring items to The Gear Cycle during business hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before close. Limit 20 items per drop off. Please allow time for inspection depending on volume and store traffic. We reserve the right to refuse any items.

5.Get PAID

Check: Consignor account balance must be greater than $50.00 at the time of check payout request. A consignor can request a check in person at The Gear Cycle counter. The consignor will be paid their current account balance on the spot with a check. No additional fees will be applied. The consignor can also request a check be mailed to their address on file on the online consignment portal. The consignor account will be charged a $2.00 service fee to cover the cost of supplies. The check will be mailed within 2 weeks of the request. 

Store credit: If the consignor chooses to use store credit to make an in-store purchase, The Gear Cycle will increase the account balance by 10% at the time of purchase.

The consignor may use a combination of both payout methods.
